Here are some answers to some of the most asked questions about Hippo Brand products and Order information.

 

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After your purchase has been processed you will be emailed your shipping information.

 

Shipping Time:
After you have received your tracking information, it takes approximately on average 12-20 business days after processing for it get to you depending on your location. We do our best to expedite and often you will receive the product much sooner, however, any unforeseen issues or problems with the Currier or logistics outside of our control may delay your order, but in this case we do everything in our power to get it to you as soon as possible.
We do not guarantee shipping time frames, there can be unforeseen issues outside of our control.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Sadly these things happen to our wonderful customers, unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

Multiple Items:
If more than 1 item is purchased, there are at times, multiple packages shipped to to availability at our different warehouse locations. You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information on all shipments.
